It is. If I remember right this may have been for a clothing ad, back in the mid-2000s I used to hit up the digital ads of local stores. Occasionally I'd hit up websites like Nordstrom and so on. Now it's easier than heck between fashion bloggers and selfies, Instagram and all that. Plus not too many stores survived the Great Recession.
